This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our current classroom computer is extremely outdated, noisy, and unreliable. It often lags, crashes, and creates a constant humming sound that distracts students during instruction. We rely heavily on technology throughout the day—for lessons, presentations, student access to digital resources, and managing classroom tools like Schoology and online assessments. Having a slow, loud computer makes it harder to teach efficiently and interrupts the flow of learning. It’s clear that our current desktop is on its last legs, and we’re in need of an upgrade.
A new HP desktop computer would make a world of difference.
It would allow me to teach more effectively with faster access to essential programs and websites that would benefit my students' learning, while also providing my students with a reliable tool for research, projects, and educational games. It would support smoother integration of technology into our daily lessons and help us create a more focused, engaging, and modern learning environment. With your support, we can replace our outdated system with a computer that truly meets the needs of today’s classroom.
