Quality sound is absolutely necessary for building quality musicianship. Voices are the very first instrument that everyone learns to use but needs to be supported by another instrument in order to develop a full understanding of pitch and singing in tune. Pianos are the most commonly used for this task.
A digital piano would go a long way in supporting musical growth for the students at our school.
Currently, there are 2 very old and out of tune pianos in the building. They are heavy and difficult to move where they are needed for instruction and performances. The piano I am requesting will solve these problems by being more portable and not need yearly tuning.
