it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Versa Tiles is an engaging, interactive math skills experience. Students use tiles to create a puzzle solution as they solve math questions. The excitement comes after all questions are solved and the student turns over the answer case to reveal their solution. So many smiles and laughs emerge as students see their efforts come to life in their puzzle solution.
An engaging, screen-free alternative to traditional skills practice allows students to work alone or with a partner to solve differentiated math problems.
Being able to manipulate the tiles offers a more authentic learning process and moves students away from computer-generated activities. Students love the puzzle aspect of this activity and beg to play with the Versa Tiles.
