A Pointer to POST-it

Help me give my students the opportunity to collaborate using the easel post its. They love writing on the chart paper in groups and now this will make it easier while being socially distanced.

My Students

This year is unlike any other. I teach at a magnet-type high school; we have students from all over the city. I have a number of students in my mythology classes; most of them chose to take this class. There are freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors in my classes. After the last few months, students are struggling to get used to being back in class, carrying books, using a computer, but also maintaining personally.

My Project

While my students have been so grateful to be back in school, they are still finding it somewhat of a challenge to communicate to each other. With the post-its and the pointer, my students can write to text dependent questions and I can show them how to understand the performance based objectives by pointing to the key words and the definitions.

My students can use these items while they are presenting their projects and working in collaborative groups.

I can use this items to give them opportunities to lead in the classroom, not just follow.
