Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The basket we have now for our toys are old and breaking. We need new containers to store our classroom center materials. We rotate materials depending on the theme we are learning about. The shelves and containers will help in keeping our classroom organized. We need need shelves to store the materials we are not using.
When my students are in my classroom I want them to learn the importance of respecting our classroom materials.
When they are members of our classroom I want them to learn about responsibility and the importance taking care of the classroom materials . I plan to put pictures of the materials on these containers so my students know where they belong. I want my students to take ownership of our classroom .
