This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Since becoming a STEAM school, my students have been doing many hands-on projects. However, we are always press for time. In many sessions, students are in the middle of their project, but need to transition to another subject. They need a place to store their unfinished projects and reports. The tabletop carts will be used as a science project center. Each students will have their own section to put their working projects. When they have free time, they can easily access their science work to continue their project.
By doing hands on projects, my students have become higher-level learners to think critically and solve problems.
