A Place for Everything and Everything in its Place!
My students need a new book storage cart to organize our classroom library.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Farhat's classroom raised $399
This project is fully funded
My Students
Children need structure and organization at a young age. We have such a wonderful book collection, yet our books are not organized in a way that my students can choose a book and know where to return it.
We are a class of twenty-five English Language Learners in a Michigan kindergarten classroom.
Many of us have not been lucky enough to go to pre-school, so this is our first time in school! We are all five years old, although some of us will turn six soon! For most of us, school is the only opportunity for us to pick up a good book!
My Project
I am requesting a book storage system to help organize the books in our classroom library. The children in my class will have a sense of ownership and responsibility because they will be able to choose a book and then be able to put it back in the right spot! The children will learn the skill of organization, which will be a skill they need for the rest of their lives!
By helping to fund this project, you will help the children in my class gain a love for reading.
I believe that the book selection I have in my class will be more appealing to the children because they will be displayed in such an organized way. Your kind donations will put a smile on a child's face everytime they reach for a good book!
