My Students

My students are a wonderful group! They love technology and science. They love hands-on activities and are very engaged in lessons that involve projects. My students work hard to succeed and are so excited to learn new things. I love watching them discover new things and see the pride they have when they do something well. I have many students that go the extra mile and constantly impress me.

My students come from a variety of backgrounds and learning styles.

I have some students in resource, some English Language Learners, and some that are very gifted. Despite these differences, they never cease to amaze me with how much each one of them learns and grows. They work together as a team and we learn to celebrate the differences. Every student is important in our class and every student is needed. I could not ask for a better group. They are amazing!

My Project

I have many students who enjoy having their own place to sit. They love to know there is part of our classroom that is just for them. I have specific desks for them, but when they come to the rug there isn't a place for them to be that is just for them. This sometimes results in crowding.

Please help me to give my students a place of their own while we have read aloud or other lessons.

They would love to sit on a colorful rug and have their own spot. It would help them to focus more because they can have more room and not be crowded too much.
