This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love to read and learn about the world! My goal is to fix up our broken library and create sections with different genres and topics so they will feel excited about choosing books to read! In addition, I want to create sections for projects for geography, education, government, social justice, etc. My students live, and go to school in an incredibly diverse community and it is important for them to understand their rights as citizens. In today's world, it is important for students to learn about their would and become productive citizens that participate in their communities, counties, states and country. This library will help them to learn today and bring this learning through their education for the rest of their lives.
