My Project
A classroom rug is an important learning space in the classroom. The classroom rug is really the center of the classroom. Most of our learning takes place on the classroom rug. This rug will be new, bright, and inviting.
When students come together as a class on the classroom rug, many skills are being developed, and skills to connect as a classroom family are built.
Unfortunately, the classroom rug that we use is damaged with stains and is over 10 years old.
Carpet time supports early learners' academic and social-emotional skills. On the classroom rug, students will start and end their day at the rug plus learn throughout the day. This rug will provide a welcoming environment for current and future students.
