Help me give my students back an image on the screen that they can see.
FULLY FUNDED! Mr. DeFronzo's classroom raised $273

My Students
Our school is a STEM focused charter school in Sandy, Utah. We use Evidence Based Instructional Strategies (EBIS) to collaboratively teach and prepare students across the curriculum for life in the twenty-first century.
Our school sees the need for technology-based instruction, as we know our world to be technology based.
While pencil and paper are still useful in a math class, technology is also a must.
We strive to offer students an education that spans Apple, Microsoft, Android, and other systems. Students learn to write software (coding), use OfficeSuite and have even developed medical technologies and video games.
My Project
At three years old our project has become so dim that even with the lights off students struggle to read anything that is projected. It has been a work horse, but its time for some routine maintenance.
A new bulb will do wonders to increase student attention and engagement with the math curriculum.
As you may know, most of what we do in these math classes is technology based. Students air play their questions and their solutions from their iPads to the projectors in each corner of the room.
This week will be a team test. Without the third projector this will be a challenge for each team to get airplay time. They do so much better when they can use the technology to show each other how it is done. In fact, while watching them debate their mathematical ideas their passion for the pursuit of knowledge becomes pleasing apparent.
