This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A Dual Language program has many essential components. One component includes the display of different languages. When a student steps into my classroom, I want them to respond to the environment they find themselves in. My goal is to enhance student success by providing an inviting and engaging setting.
A bulletin board can change the entire atmosphere of a classroom.
My classroom is in a need of a Cricut machine. I will be able to display my bulletin boards to share information, teach concepts, promote events and celebrations in both English and Spanish. The cricut machine will also be used for students who want to take their creativity to the next level for projects and display boards. This would help with the time consuming process as I am currently tracing, coloring, cutting and/or writing directly on paper to display information The machine would be a huge time saver that includes different features and design options.
