This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With so much technology and kids on devices these days, more than ever I want to give my students more hands on opportunities to learn and acquire a love for reading. My classroom library is forever changing, leaving me the teacher having to fund and replace books that are falling apart lost pages etc.

As new authors emerge so does students interest in what they're reading.

The selection I can provide gets limited. In order to keep students motivated and wanting to read I need to make sure there are books at a variety of levels and interests.
