A Little Reminder

My Project

I work with a wonderful group of Multilingual Learners by collaborating with classroom teachers and supporting students in their classrooms. I also pull out small groups to teach specific listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

I want my students to know that their well-being is important and that they can and will succeed.

My students love stickers, so giving them motivational stickers will allow them to stick them on things they use daily. They can read them and be reminded that they are great.

Multilingual Learners tend to be shy towards adults many times, so these motivational items will remind them that they are great and can have positive relationships with the adults at our school. I noticed that when I complement my students and give them something meaningful, they become more engaged. They also talk and want to have a positive relationship.
