My Project

My students this year are a unique blend of kiddos. They benefit from having flexible seating that allows them to move and increases their focus during instructional time. By providing two additional wobble stools, more students would have their movement needs to be met.

My students this year have a large range of reading skills and this project would provide high-interest books at their different reading levels.

It would also provide additional books that have minority characters as the main character of the book. These books have both female and male characters that are of minority races.

My students also love time working on STEM projects. With continued changes in future careers, I would love the opportunity to teach my students how to code a robot and get them to do exactly what they want them to do. With more and more careers focusing on incorporating coding, this could assist with future careers.
