This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love to watch my students draw and let their imagination wander as simple colors and shapes turn into characters and stories that jump directly off their paper. Besides using crayons and markers to create our masterpieces I would like to introduce the technique of water coloring. I have found some great art projects that I would like to teach my students that use water colors. Liquid watercolors are vibrant and will bring another dimension to our art projects.
Beyond the typical arts and crafts children are evolving into a world of digital creativity.
The additional charging stations will allow more students more time to expand their imagination on the tablets in the classroom. As of right now I have more IPADS than IPAD chargers, and my students are not able to use their IPADS all at once. If I had an IPAD charging station for all the IPADs we could use them together as a whole class.
