This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students in my class have a love of learning, fun, art, and technology. They are always seeking ways to their work more efficiently, but always with enjoyment. Most are always willing to help others as they try to master their own understanding.

"Never mistake a single mistake with a final mistake." Mistakes are something they all make.

And as we go about our day, we are always saying that if you make a mistake...fix it! That is where their learning happens.

My Project

Art is everywhere. It affects us whether we realize it or not. With these watercolor pencils & paper, charcoal, and chalk pastels my students will be able to show their understanding of language arts, math, and science in a different way than just filling in answers on a paper. The kneaded erasers will also help when they make a mistake or to help enhance their artwork.

Art is a superpower that affects all parts of our lives!

It can increase brain function, change our mood, alleviate stress and anxiety, and much more. By donating to our project you will not only help relieve some pandemic stress and add joy to their lives, you will ultimately help their academic achievement.
