My Project

Because I teach at a Title I school, most of my classroom has been self-funded. My classroom is more than just a place for academics - it is a safe, vibrant, and nurturing environment where students are encouraged to grow not just as learners, but as individuals. One of the most effective ways that I have found to promote this growth is by providing books that are readily available to my students.

By helping to fund this project for books for my classroom, you will help me to provide differentiated reading opportunities that are not only tailored to my students’ reading levels, but that offer a wide variety of topics of interest.

My goal for my students is that they are able to step into the book that they are reading, and that they find joy in the written word. Your donation will help make this possible!
