A Healthy Body Makes for a Healthy Mind

My Students

Our children love learning and in order to do so they need to be healthy. As part of our program we reach out to our families and try to provide them with life essentials. This project will help their bodies to stay healthy in the upcoming winter months.

Our children have a love for learning that surpasses most.

Their desire to learn is driven by the experiences that they are provided within our program. Each day we welcome them with open arms and care for them as if they were our own. Our children enjoy every aspect of learning however, when they are in need of life essentials such as winter gear and rain gear, they become ill and miss out on days of learning.

My Project

As the winter approaches, some of our children will be walking to school in what their families are able to provide for them. The warm coats, hats, gloves, scarves, boots, and other winter and rain gear that is being requested will allow them to stay warm and dry on their walk to school. These life essentials will ensure their attendance and health are maintained in order for them to continue to grow socially and intellectually in our program.

In the world of education it is essential for children to attend school or programs that will guide them into becoming effective members of society.

Children who are ill, tend not to come to school, and if they do, they are not well enough to remain focused on the lessons being taught. These items will allow us to help our children stay warm and dry through the colder months while giving them the opportunity to remain healthy and energetic in their educational experience.
