A Happy & Functional Classroom for Ukrainian Students
Help me give my students stools and tables to work at. Right now, we sit on the floor with lap desks which I purchased last year. It would help us greatly! :)

My Project
This year, I have many students who have come to me from Ukraine. Many of them with tragic stories of war. I am trying to create a happy, functional, inspirational classroom for them. I have already painted the room a bright blue and have included flags, different artifacts, and art prints from the different countries in which they are from.
We desperately need furniture to sit on and work at.
Right now, we sit on the floor and work at small lap desks, which I purchased last year. However, this is very uncomfortable for them. I told them we will try to raise money to get these items, and they were very excited about this.
My students are very sweet and smart and miss their home a lot. I want to give them the best while they are here in this country. Thank you.
