A Groovy Mystery: Tools for First-Grade Detectives

My Project

I love how curious, creative, and determined students are coming into the first day of school. Every day, they come ready to solve new “mysteries” in reading, math, and beyond. They work hard, support one another, and bring so much energy and joy to the classroom.

Each resource on this list will help keep my students engaged and excited to learn.

Flexible seating and organization tools will help them feel comfortable and focused, while hands-on materials and books will keep learning fun and interactive. Headphones will allow them to work independently on programs like ZEARN during intervention time, and supplies like art materials will let them express themselves and build confidence.

With your help, our Mystery Crew can have the tools they need to stay motivated, safe, and happy as we unmask the mysteries of learning together!
