My Project

Hunger and obtaining school supplies are barriers children face daily across the nation. First and foremost, providing students with breakfast when they arrive at school late will enhance learning, allow them to focus, and be attentive during daily instruction. Students who arrive at school hungry and who don't have school supplies struggle with the following: behavior, feelings of being left out, cannot focus on school work, and have a hard time communicating their needs to staff. Having the necessary school supplies will assist students in being prepared for school. My goal is to make sure students in need receive breakfast daily and school supplies. My students will feel great knowing they will receive breakfast and school supplies when needed. Please assist me in providing a breakfast pantry and supply closet for students in need.
