This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Despite living in a low-income/high poverty area, my kiddos still deserve the best technology and resources the world has to offer!
I want my students to know that they have what they need, when they need it, to help them learn and grow!
My students are the future of the world, and I want to impact their future by ensuring they have the tools they need to be successful. I can't express to you in a limited number of characters how wonderful and deserving each one of my learners is.
My Project
An individual, annual subscription to Generation Genius would allow my students the opportunity to see even more science happening before their eyes! Generation Genius is a Next Generation Science Standards-aligned resource that provides classrooms with engaging, scholarly videos that explain phenomena and pique student interest.
Generation Genius brings science to life through fun and educational videos paired with lesson plans, activities, quizzes, and much more!
Through this subscription, my classes would be given the chance to see real experiments occurring that we do not have the opportunity to complete within the classroom. I know that Dr. Jeff, Zoe, Izzy, and Bert will help my students be the next Generation of Geniuses!
