My Project
The front of my STEM classroom has an open floor space where my younger students, namely, kindergarten and 1st graders gather before we begin center rotations. Currently, they sit on some colorful rubber floor circles, which are old and really uncomfortable on a hard tile floor.
The beautiful rugs I am hoping for, will be a lovely addition to the STEM classroom.
My younger students start on the floor where I show them a short video then tell them their task for center rotations. After rotations we reconvene on the floor and share. It's a fun time for everyone!
These soft, comfy rugs will make a great time even better!
