This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The beginning of each school year we need fresh new item for our class that we use daily. Each student in my class has a binder that they take home nightly. It contains their daily communication, homework, sight words, and books that they practice daily. And we keep their IEP goals in zippered baggies so they are are easily acceptable.
Who doesn't like the smell of new school supplies?
My students enjoy being able to have smelly pencils to write it. It makes writing just that much easier and intersting.
We use whiteboards in my class daily. So we go through a lot of whiteboard markers. I would like to try the cloth erasers next school year to see is they last longer than the square ones.
