My Project

A fresh start to a new school year brings so much excitement and opportunity for both students and teachers! This year is my first working with 2nd grade, and I’m excited to dive into teaching math and science to this wonderful group of learners.

My goal is to create a classroom environment that motivates students, supports their learning, and helps them build confidence through hands-on experiences.

Donations will contribute to providing math and science manipulatives that allow students to visualize and explore important concepts in a concrete way. These tools help transform abstract ideas into something students can touch, move, and experiment with—making learning more meaningful and engaging. Additionally, small prizes will be used to celebrate their achievements and encourage active participation, fostering a classroom culture where effort and progress are recognized and rewarded.

Beyond academic materials, contributions will also help supply essential classroom needs such as snacks and other supplies. These items are important to create a warm and welcoming environment where students feel safe, cared for, and ready to focus on learning every day. Having these basics covered means I can spend more time teaching and less time worrying about day-to-day needs.

With the support of generous donors, I can set the stage for a successful year full of curiosity, discovery, and growth. Together, we can inspire these young learners to develop a lasting love for math and science while building the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
