My Project
I'm transitioning back to the 6th grade and I want to set a firm foundation for my students to grow throughout middle school.
My Students
I want them to be full of motivation and excited to be in a new environment. These supplies will remind them of how much they are cared for and that people in the community value and support their education. They will be able to focus on their i-Ready lessons without being distracted by the sounds of another student's device.
My Project
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student confidence and engagement, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement in mathematics. You can be the reason they feel confident that they will have the necessary tools in the classroom whether they can afford them or not. Every week part of instruction will include online learning platforms such as i-Ready and Progress Learning. The headphones are needed so students can focus on their lessons and not everyone else's around them. Funding this project will show them how important they are not just to me, but to our school and our community. What they learn in the classroom are their first lessons in citizenship, responsibility, and accountability.
