My Project
Our students love the volleyball unit. This year we have a very large class and are finding that we do not have enough volleyballs for small groups and partner work. These extra volleyballs will help us to break up into smaller groups and focus more on the skills needed for the game. It will allow for more touches on the ball. Students also want to practice with volleyballs at lunch and recess, but with so few balls it is very hard to lend them out in fear that they will not all come back and we will have even fewer balls.
We love that the students love to play volleyball and they themselves have asked for more volleyballs to work with. As they play with the volleyballs, they will practice important volleyball skills and will be developing social skills as they work together. I am hoping this project will help us get a few more! They would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
