My Project
Hello all, I am a fourth grade bilingual reading teacher. As you all may know, sometimes getting kids to read can be like pulling teeth. Well the books on this list are books the kids have requested for themselves.
These books are books that will peak their interest and keep them engaged throughout their reading!
While many may consider graphic novels just picture books, these books are a great gateway into literature for kids. Most of these books are about coming of age stories or adventures that will surely captivate the kid's attention all the way until the last period of the book! The peppermints will keep them wide awake during their countless minutes of reading and the cushions will serve for flex seating during our independent reading time.
