This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am so excited to be getting a new group of kindergarteners this upcoming school year! I would love to have this new rug for them to use during direct teaching, story time, and independent learning. It will not only brighten up the space, but also help with classroom management as each student will have their own spot.

Everyone knows the rug is the place where all the magic happens!

It’s the place where kids learn to sit and listen, receive direct instruction, sing, dance, and enjoy being read to.
