Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love exploring our classroom library and dramatic play center each day. These centers provide a space for each of the students to learn and play. These carpets will provide a comfortable and warm environment to support curiosity and engagement.
These materials will help provide a safe space for students to learn and interact with peers.
These carpets will also allow children in the classroom to have more floor space to learn. As a teacher, my goal is to create a welcoming and safe environment that supports student success. I know that my preschoolers will love playing on these carpets!
