My kids love looking at books and practicing the skills they're learning is class.
A dedicated and cozy reading space will lend itself to their need for structure and routine, while encouraging them to stay in the area and enjoy their books a little longer.
A nice cozy rug (I have one at my house and it is sooooo soft), will make the perfect landing spot once they've chosen their book. I also want to fill the space with texture and calming colors to help them relax and focus on the moment.
