A Cozy Carpet for First Grade Learners!

My Project

In a first grade classroom, students need frequent opportunities to get up and move. Not all learning takes place at individual desks; we often engage in whole group and partner group activities while gathered as a class on a classroom rug. The rug we have now is too small to accommodate all of us, and it can be challenging to quickly settle into spots that are conducive to learning.

We would love a colorful and comfy classroom rug with defined spaces for our active bodies so we can settle in quickly for more learning!

This fantastic Lakeshore rug will brighten up our classroom and make finding our spots on the rug quick and easy.
