My Project
Anxiety, anxiety, anxiety! Our students are burdened with anxiety like no other generation. Students need to know and understand how to implement skills to offset and cope with the ever-anxious and fast-paced world that we live in. Covid has been a major contributor and our future generation is struggling. Breathe for Change provides the skills necessary to change students' lives so they can achieve their ultimate dreams. Please help me, help them, and create a life of balance, fulfillment, and altruism. In my humble opinion, we owe it to them.
