This fun, colorful rug will provide my students the opportunity to sit comfortably on the floor for storytime.
We will use this rug for social-emotional class meetings, small group instruction, and daily class read-aloud opportunities.
A classroom rug provides students the opportunity to move around comfortably while learning and building relationships with their classmates.
A classroom rug will give students the opportunity to focus and learn without the distractions at their tables. I look forward to getting my students out of their seats and learning at a new level!
My Students
I teach 541 students in the library of our school. Each student gets an opportunity to visit me once each week for storytime and a lesson. Students come in eager to learn something new. My students come from many different family backgrounds and look forward to being at school each day. School is the most structured and safe environment for many of my students. We are a Title I school where all of my students are offered free breakfast and lunch.
