This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students absolutely love their reading area that we affectionately call "The Comfy Space". I teach my mini lessons to them there and they complete their independent work there as well when it's time to go off and read/write independently. There's a problem, though... the comfy space is on tile floors and we have NO warm rug to pull the space together!
We need a comfy rug for my students to read and write and learn comfortable in their comfy space!
Please help us make my classroom a home for my readers and writers.
