Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The students in my class are special education students who are excited to learn. My students all experience significant learning challenges that include ADHD, Speech and Language challenges and ASD. They loose focus very quickly and are easily frustrated. My students need a good deal of cleaning and paper products in order for them to learn skills of Adapted Daily Living (ADL) and also for the classroom staff to keep our classroom environment clean and sanitary for them.
My Project
We will be using some these materials to clean desks, doorknobs and chairs. We will be also using them to clean math manipulatives, book covers and just about anything our students share in the classroom.
These paper goods and disinfectants will help us keep our classroom clean and safe for our special needs students!
As much as possible, we are giving students their own supplies to keep them safe from germs. However, there are certain things that the will need to share. For example, learning games, math manipulatives, books, and so on. These materials will help us maintain a clean classroom for our students!
