My Students
My Pre-K students are the youngest learners in the school. They are having their first experience of the public school system during a time of uncertainty. Working in a Title I school, my students come from low-income homes, with Covid-19 making things even harder for our families. All students in our school receive free breakfast and lunch during the school year. My students have entered my classroom eager to learn and explore.

My Project
My little scholars learn best with hands-on learning. They are constantly handling manipulatives in the learning centers. Due to their young age, their attention span is limited and they play with the toys for a short period and then want to move to another toy, touching many different thing during the course of the day. I want to ensure my students stay safe and well, and this can be done by cleaning and sanitizing everything they touch on a daily basis. I will use the Lysol spray to spray over all manipulatives to help kill the germs. This will help mitigate the spread of sickness throughout our classroom and our school community.
