Kindergarten is such a special year for students to grow socially and academically. We utilize carpet time for whole group learning, morning meetings, partner talk, calendar time, and so much more. The carpet is a place in the classroom where we build community and a place for students to go when they need an alternative seating option. By donating, you are giving our class much more than just a soft carpet. You are giving my students a place that will help the flow of our school day as well as ensure that all students can work together comfortably.
