A Classroom Ready for Learning

Help me give my students a classroom that is ECERS ready. I want each interest area in my classroom to be full of a variety of materials that encourage learning and exploring.

My Project

We are seeking funding to enhance the learning environment in our special education classroom. The paint and markers are for our art center to help them to explore their creativity in multiple ways. The staples are so that we can display the students artwork in the classroom. Our classroom has to be ECERS approved to help fill that need our block area needs the garages and traffic signs and the science area needs the rocks, color paddles and seashells. Fine motor skills are also a big part of helping students to learn so the mix and match animals and math pieces are a big part of that. We work on math everyday and the dice and abacus are a great way to make learning math fun. These materials are essential for organizing the classroom, encouraging imaginative play, supporting sensory needs, and facilitating interactive play.

We believe that these supplies will significantly enhance the learning environment in our special education preschool classroom.
