My Project
My students absolutely LOVE when they are given the opportunity to select a book from the shelves of our classroom library to look at and enjoy during the school day. The books in this project will help to grow our classroom library and create a more culturally diverse collection of books for my students to pick from. I hope to have a few books that will make each and every one of my students feel seen and represented.
I have carefully selected specific books that pair well with books already in my curriculum that will showcases and honor a variety of different cultures.
This project will help to grow my students learning while also representing our diverse classroom community.
