Help me give my students an extensive classroom library and essential supplies to help them grow as readers and learners!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
When I look at my students, I see the future, and it is a bright one.
My kids are intelligent, highly motivated, kind, and eager to learn.
They love learning about the universe in science class, solving problems to become “detectives” in math, learning about our country's history in social studies, and discovering new ideas in the reading. My students are some of the brightest, most wonderful children I’ve ever met. Most of my students are from low income backgrounds, and they deserve every opportunity they can get to learn and grow. I strive to offer an inclusive and comfortable learning environment where they feel safe and welcome.
My Project
I am asking for a variety of supplies with this project. A few items (pencils, folders, sharpener) are to keep my classroom running smoothly so that my students don't run out of essential supplies. A student can't focus on learning if they're worried about having the supplies with which to learn. I want to make sure my students have the things they need to be successful in my room.
My students are also growing into avid readers.
That is something I want to deeply encourage. I have selected several books, including many classics, that I think my students will love. These books will be added to my classroom library, where my students will have access to them all day. Students are even able to check books out and bring them home. I want to make sure my students are reading books that are interesting and relevant to their lives, so these books will go a long way into keeping my kids interested in reading!
