Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My 4th graders love to read fiction and comic books. They also love to create stories or comic strips and watch read aloud videos.
My students really enjoy learning and thrive on the successes they experience.
The students in my class are so diverse. They come mainly from Central America, many are low-income families and second language learners.
My Project
The world is changing and so is the way we teach our future generations. I'm a 4th grade reading teacher. Not only do I teach F2F, but also online. (Hybrid).
I would love to get this Chromebook so I can loan it to one of my students who is struggling to get online on their daily bases.
With this Chromebook, one of my students will be able to log in to our virtual lessons, complete their online assignments and will help the student with the connection they need for virtual learning.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
