My students need an incubator to experience the life cycle of a chick.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Perry's classroom raised $200
This project is fully funded
My Students
Imagine the excitement of a child watching a chick hatch out of an egg. English-language learners need hands-on experiences with life events. When you donate to our project you will give students a hands-on opportunity to learn about life cycles.
My second grade students consist of 21 students in a suburb of Atlanta, GA.
Eleven of my students are EL (English-language) learners. They need hands-on experiences to engage them in learning and provide them vocabulary instruction. Help students experience life first-hand!
My Project
Observing the life cycle of a chick will enhance second grade science curriculum. Imagine the excitement the students will have taking care of eggs and watching chicks hatch. My students will not only learn about the life cycle of chicks, but will be able to share the experience with the rest of our school. Teaching other students about the life cycle of chicks would greatly increase their confidence and learning experience.
Without your donation students will only get to learn about the life cycle of animals through textbooks and videos.
Your donation will greatly increase student motivation which in turn will increase learning.
