My Students

I teach in a second grade classroom at a Title I school. I have 16 students that come from many different backgrounds. My students come to school eager to learn.

Our school is a place where students receive love and support from many individuals, including myself, throughout the school year.

My students work hard everyday. They love to use technology to expand their knowledge and explore new topics. I have students with many different interests. They love to share their interests and knowledge with other students. These students are always ready to help one another in class.

My Project

My students use Chromebooks daily to support their education. In my classroom, each of my students has their own Chromebook assigned to them. They are able to use them to complete educational programs daily. We also use them to do research and work on differentiated assignments. It is very important that my students have fully charged Chromebooks at the beginning of each day so that they will be able to participate in all of our classroom activities.

This Chromebook cart would ensure that our devices are safely stored and fully charged each day.

We have tried other storage options that do not seem to work efficiently. Our current Chromebook storage is falling apart. This leads to students occasionally not having fully charged Chromebooks, which means they are unable to participate in some activities until they are charged again.

With this Chromebook cart, these problems would be solved! Students would have easily accessible storage for their Chromebooks. This would ensure that all students' Chromebooks are fully charged and ready to go for class. It would also save time when getting out and putting away the Chromebooks, as it would be more organized than our current system. I believe this cart would be an awesome addition to our classroom!
