This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Sometimes the smallest of things can make a huge difference in education. This year my kids have no carpet to sit on and instead sit on the concrete, cold floor.
Please consider giving my kids a comfortable carpet for them to sit on as it makes such a difference in their ability to focus and stay engaged with different lessons.
The children squirm less and sit more relaxed when they have a carpet to sit on. I did buy a carpet for my classroom, but it is way to small for an entire class to use. This carpet would be the perfect size for an entire class.
