My students are amazing. They live in a small town in Arizona and therefore do not have all the opportunities that come with living in a more populated area. They love life though, and just want to soak up any knowledge that comes there why.
These are some of the most amazing kids that I have met.
They love just about anything I can throw at them. They live in a beautiful part of this amazing country yet it quite isolated. which makes some parts of education tricky, yet they roll with the punches and enjoy life to the fullest.
My Project
Having a good document camera in class will allow me to demonstrate so much more to the students without it all having to be on the whiteboard. Right now anytime I want to read a book I have to walk around to show the pictures before we can discuss it but a document camera would help with that. Also, when doing a writing project I would be able to demonstrate much more clearly how their paper should look using the camera instead of, again, on the whiteboard.
A document camera would provide many great opportunities for the students.
It would allow them to show off their work for the whole class and work together as a whole class to improve our work. It has many great possibilities!
