This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The materials listed in my project will help me set up a new Special Education Resource room. My students can come to my room to learn new strategies with the resource materials. The Title I school that I work for looks to provide safe places for students to calm and reset their minds and body. Decorating with calming decor will help me provide that for my students.

Our school has a population of 33% and growing of Special Education students needing additional support.

I will provide that support with the resources and a beautifully decorated room that is welcoming and calming.
