Help me give my students create a space where my eager, resilient students can explore, grow, and thrive. Diverse books and materials will boost literacy, spark curiosity, build confidence, and make reading meaningful and accessible for all.
I love how curious, creative, and resilient my students are. Despite many facing challenges like limited access to books or quiet spaces, they come to school eager to learn and grow. They ask thoughtful questions, support one another, and show a deep desire to understand the world around them.
This project will provide diverse, engaging books and learning materials that reflect students’ identities and introduce them to new ideas.
These resources will help improve reading fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary while fostering a lifelong love of reading. For students who struggle with confidence or who have never seen themselves represented in a book, these materials can be transformative.
The goal is to create a vibrant, inclusive classroom library that supports literacy, imagination, and belonging. Every student deserves access to books that inspire and challenge them—and with these resources, my students will not only learn more, but also believe more in themselves.
