This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A new school year is about to begin, and I’m getting ready to welcome a new group of bright and eager first graders to our Dual Language classroom, where we’ll learn and grow in both Spanish and English.

I would like to start the year by surprising them with a colorful, organized, and creative learning space.

With your help, I hope to provide basic materials like crayons, colored pencils, jumbo pencils, folders to organize their work, and markers for anchor charts that bring our lessons to life.

These tools will not only support their learning but also help them develop fine motor skills, express their ideas, and feel excited to come to school every day. Your generosity will make a lasting impact from the very first day.
